Just letting everybody know that the comics will be on a (hopefully) very, VERY short hiatus.

Couple of things:

1.  I will be out of town on business next week and will probably not have the chance to work on the comic...though truth be told, my business is taking me to the beach so after work I'll probably be lounging on the beach all night unless it rains.

2.  Starting into the Advent storyline, I have noticed even moreso that the sprite community is lacking in Mega Man ZX sprites other than characters.  So, I am currently going to start looking into obtaining said sprites myself.  If I can sort through that problem, I will use them for my comic, but eventually I'll release them for public consumption...if I'm going through all the work to get them, I might as well have temporarily exclusive access to them right?

Anyhow, hopefully I'll be able to root through the data fairly quickly and if I can do that I'll be able to just pull what I need as I need it and get back to the story.  I honestly wish I had a great hand-drawn artist and I could just write the story and work with them for visuals since writing is more my thing and sprite comics are on the bottom of the internet totem pole...

After an extremely long hiatus, I am hoping to return to my ZX comic.  I got married three years ago and that really put a damper on my free time, then I had a kid and I have even less time, but circumstances have changed recently such that I believe I will have the opportunity to work on the comic again.

I'm finally updating once again, but this time it's to let everybody know that I've decided to finally do something with the story I was planning for my sprite comic, Broken Comics.  I've decided to turn into into a fan fiction, Sonic Saga.  Hopefully I'll have time to type everything I've already written in script form as a full blow story and take what I haven't typed out and put it into words.

Today's was just a prologue and kinda gives the backstory. I'll hopefully have another chapter posted either tomorrow or Friday.

Yeah, I've been wasting a lot of time still I guess...I just can't seem to make myself upload anything I've got on my computer.  I suppose it's harder for me since I don't typically draw the stuff myself, but put it together to make things instead.  I don't feel like I need to show it off as bad.

Anyhow, I've been dead to this world a lot recently anyhow.  I've been playing a lot of Maple Story since I got high-speed internet a few weeks back.  Never heard of Maple Story?  Check it out right here...

Yeah, I signed up like two months ago, but I've not actually submitted much.  To be honest, the main reason I signed up was to talk to some of the Sonic artists to see if I could get them to work with me on my Sonic webcomic, Broken Comics.  You can check that out at the link. brokencontrollers.com/comics/i…

Hopefully I'll find an artist and get to work on the comics again.  I'm wanting to make something that's really epic.
